Where are my downloaded videos saved?
Downloaded a video and can't find it in your gallery? That's normal: browsers keep downloads in a separate folder. Here's how to find it and move it to your photos.
Step by step
Android
Open the “Files” or “My Files” app and go to “Downloads”. From there you can share it or move it to your gallery. In Chrome you can also tap ⋮ → “Downloads”.
iPhone
In Safari tap the arrow icon (Downloads). The file is in the “Files” app → “Downloads”. To move it to Photos: open it, tap “Share” → “Save Video”.
Computer
It's in your “Downloads” folder. In Chrome or Edge press Ctrl + J to see your downloads.
If it doesn't show up
Make sure the download finished (don't close the page while it downloads) and that your phone has free space.
